Who drives the vans?
Your coaches and staff — the same people driving your teams today. No CDL is required for 15-passenger vans in most states, and we’ll walk you through your state’s rules. You keep control of who’s behind the wheel; we keep the wheel worth being behind.
How does insurance work?
Most schools add the vans to their existing fleet or umbrella policy — we provide everything your risk office needs, and coverage options are available through us if you’d rather. Eighteen years of working with schools means your business office won’t be our first rodeo.
What happens if a van has a problem mid-season?
You call us, we handle it — repair or swap, fast. Our customers have put 16 million miles on our vans; keeping teams moving is the core of what we do, not an add-on.
Can we rent for just one season?
Yes. 3-month seasonal terms are one of our most popular options, and plenty of schools start with one season before moving to the full school year.

How is this different from a national chain?
Chains rent whatever’s on the lot, per day, with no guarantee your 15-passenger van exists when you show up. We dedicate specific vans to your school for the term, deliver them, maintain them, and answer the phone when something changes. It’s a program, not a pickup.
