Picking Up Your Van

Complete Your Rental Requirements
Before your pickup, please make sure we have received:
- A valid driver’s license for all drivers and insurance information
- Your signed Rental Agreement
- Full payment of your rental balance and a $500 security deposit
Once everything is complete, we’ll prepare your vehicle for contactless pickup.

Call the Hotel Shuttle
After landing at Richmond International Airport (RIC), call the Sheraton Richmond Airport Hotel at 
(804) 226-6400 to request a complimentary shuttle to the hotel parking lot.
The shuttle runs directly between the airport terminal and the hotel.

Access Your Van
When you arrive at the hotel parking lot, call us at (804) 315-2469.
We’ll provide:
- Your van’s license plate number
- The lock box combination
The key is stored in a lock box attached to the driver’s window. Use the provided combination to open the lock box and remove the key from the protective pouch. Please leave the protective pouch inside the lock box so it doesn’t get misplaced.
Unlock the van and start the engine. Once the van is running, roll down the driver’s window to remove the lock box. Place the lock box in the glove compartment for the duration of your trip.
You’ll also find a parking pass displayed in the windshield. Please keep this parking pass in the van, as it will be needed when you return the vehicle.
Returning Your Van

Return to the Sheraton Richmond Airport Hotel
At the end of your rental, return the van to the Sheraton Richmond Airport Hotel parking lot.
Before leaving the vehicle:
- Hang the lock box on the outside of the driver’s window
- Roll up the window to secure the lock box in place
- Close and lock all vehicle doors

Secure the Key & Notify Greenvans
Open the lock box using your assigned combination and place the key inside the protective pouch.
After placing the key inside:
- Close the lock box
- Reset the combination to a random number for security
- Text us at (804) 315-2469 to let us know the van has been returned
Once your return is complete, you can request a shuttle back to the airport terminal from the hotel’s front desk.
