Our Nashville office is located at 12 Keith St, Nashville, TN 37210. We are open for standard pickups and dropoffs during regular business hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm.
If you plan on returning a van after hours or outside of this time range, please follow the instructions below.
Where to Park
Street parking around our office is very open. Parking on the street is free so don’t worry about paying a meter or getting a ticket!
Please do not park in the lot directly next to us.
Though it looks tempting (and is often pretty empty), it’s owned by another company, and we have seen vehicles towed from that lot before.
Fuel Reminder
Before returning the van, please make sure to fill up the gas tank so you’re not charged a refueling fee. If it’s not full at drop-off, we’ll apply a charge based on the fuel needed.
Key Dropoff
Please drop the van keys in our after-hours dropbox, located on the front facade of our office. Once they’re dropped off, we’ll take it from there.
