Picking Up Your Van

Locate Your Vehicle

When you arrive at the Milton Park & Ride, head to the back corner of the lot where Greenvans vehicles are parked.

 

Before your pickup time, we’ll send you:

  • Your van’s license plate number
  • The lockbox combination code

Access Your Van

Your van key will be secured in a lockbox attached to the driver’s window. Use the provided combination to open the lockbox and remove the key from the protective pouch. Please leave the protective pouch inside the lockbox so it doesn’t get misplaced.

Pull down the dust cover to expose the mechanism.
Enter the combination provided, then pull the lever on the left to open the box.
The key will be inside of the protective pouch.
Remove the key to unlock the doors.

Remove the Lockbox & Start Your Rental

Unlock the van and start the engine. Once the van is running, roll down the driver’s window to remove the lockbox. Place the lock box in the glove compartment for the duration of your trip.

 

Before your rental begins, Greenvans has already documented the vehicle’s condition and uploaded check-in photos to your rental agreement. Any existing damage has been recorded, but please let us know if you notice anything else worth noting.

 

Once you’ve received your van and are ready to go, please call or text us at (401) 380-8383 or our main line at (833) 640-8267 to confirm you’re all set.

Returning Your Van

Return to Milton Park & Ride

Return your van to Milton Park & Ride at 88 Granite Ave, Milton, MA 02186.

 

Park in any available space. If possible, please park near the area where you originally picked up the van.

 

Before leaving the vehicle:

  • Hang the lock box on the outside of the driver’s window
  • Roll up the window to secure the lock box in place
  • Close and lock all vehicle doors

Secure the Key & Notify Greenvans

Open the lock box using your assigned combination and place the key inside the protective pouch.

 

Once your return is complete, text us at (401) 380-8383 to let us know the van has been returned.
