Greenvans vehicles are parked in a secure surface lot near Boston South Station (BOS). Whether you’re picking up or returning your van, this is where all Greenvans vehicles are located.

Picking Up Your Van

Locate Your Vehicle
The lot entrance is located at the corner of A Street and Binford Street, just southeast of South Station. Look for the Metropolis parking signage. The lot is a large open surface parking area. When you arrive, pull into the lot through the gated entrance. No ticket or access code is required.
All Greenvans vehicles are parked along the Binford Street fence line.
Look for a black van with Greenvans logos on the rear of the vehicle. We’ll send your van’s license plate number before your reservation begins once your rental agreement has been signed.

Access Your Van
Your van will be unlocked and ready for pickup at your reservation start time.
If the van is not unlocked when you arrive, call or text us at 
(401) 380-8383 or our main line at (833) 640-8267 and we’ll assist you right away.

Inspect & Start Your Rental
Before your rental begins, Greenvans has already documented the vehicle’s condition and uploaded check-in photos to your rental agreement. Any existing damage has been recorded, but please let us know if you notice anything else worth noting.
When you’re ready to leave, simply drive toward the exit gate and it will open automatically.
If you’re driving your own vehicle to the lot, you’re welcome to leave it parked during your rental period. Please note that parking fees must be paid directly through Metropolis.
Returning Your Van

Park Along the Binford St Fence Line
Return your van to the same area where you picked it up at 
244 A St, Boston, MA 02210, along the Binford Street fence line.

Leave the Keys & Notify Our Team
Place the keys inside the glove compartment before leaving the vehicle and text us at (401) 380-8383 to let us know the van has been returned.
Please do not lock the van. Our team will remotely secure the vehicle after confirming its return.
If you parked a personal vehicle in the lot during your rental, remember to complete payment through Metropolis before leaving.
